About Us ...

Howdy. We are Ken and Adelle Olson and we’re the owners of the Washington Biker Information Guide. We’ve been in business in the Olympia area since 1991 and are pretty psyched about the BIG business. Getting to be in a business where I ride a motorcycle for ‘work’ is a perk I only dreamed about until now.

I, Ken, started riding over 40 years ago and have ridden 100’s of thousands of miles, with 100,000’s of those being both Adelle and myself together. Motorcycles are my lifestyle and I can’t imagine getting through life without one. I’ve ridden through ‘mega’-storms, brutal heat and cold, and through country so beautiful it isn’t possible to describe. You meet the best people in the world on a bike (regardless of how we look!). I’ve even seen through the years how motorcycles even bring out the good in some of those who don’t ride. I remember back in the ‘70’s I had tore down my motorcycle in the parking lot of the apartment complex I lived in and carted it piece by piece up to my second floor apartment. I rebuilt much of it over the winter and put it back together in the apartment. My neighbors got their come-along and helped me lower it down the stairs to the parking lot in the spring. Needless to say I don’t do THAT anymore!

Exploring new rides and meeting people along the way is my favorite way to live. Live to ride-Ride to live isn’t just a saying. I look forward to meeting you along the way. The Biker Information Guide was started in Arizona in 1997 by Kimmy. Since then we have been featured in Biker Magazine, Arizona Republic Newspaper, Seen on MTV, VH1, ESPN II, Channel 3 & 12 News. Kimmy helped in the Creations of Arizona Bike Week in 1997 & 98 and was one of the Original Official Sponsors. Kimmy is the Sponsor & Presenter of the Motorcycle Portion of 36th & 37th Annual World of Wheels Custom Cars, Hotrods & Motorcycle Show in Arizona. She is also the Vendor Liaison for the Best of the West Motorcycle Event…Featuring the OCC “Orange County Chopper Guys”. She was the first Women to be a Distinct Manger for the MMA and has done over 600 Benefits, Poker Runs, Tattoo and Motorcycle Contest.
Kimmy has been riding and helping in the Motorcycle World for over 30 years now and loves what she does…. Helping others!

Her Goal is to make sure that the Motorcycle Riders are well informed with our: Website www.Bikerinformationguide.com, Arizona & soon to be California Biker Information Guide which covers the state of Arizona & California the Biker Guide is small enough for the riders to keep with them or on their bike. There is FREE distribution at Biker Friendly Establishments & Motorcycle Events. We found that some of our readers & advertisers still have our original magazines to this day. One of our advertisers Russ Brown has advertised with the same Center Pages since 1997.
